The following day, February 11, 2025, kicks off with a brief welcome of participants from 9:30 to 9:40, immediately followed by an engaging session where each participant introduces themselves from 9:40 to 10:00. The morning then shifts focus to an illuminating presentation on the school and the Romanian education system from 10:00 to 10:30, offering valuable insights into local educational practices. After a short break lasting from 10:30 to 10:45, the schedule resumes with detailed presentations from each partner about the school they represent, which continues until 12:00. This is seamlessly followed by a session dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the project activities as outlined in the application, held from 12:00 to 13:00. A well-timed lunch from 13:00 to 14:30 provides an opportunity for informal networking and reflection, paving the way for the final session of the day where, from 14:30 to 16:00, each partner showcases the progress of their work up to that point. This day of multifaceted presentations and discussions not only fosters clear communication but also strengthens the collaborative spirit among all participants.
On February 12, 2025, the focus shifts to deeper project dimensions with a session on assessment elements and project quality assurance from 9:30 to 10:30, which lays the groundwork for maintaining high standards throughout the project. Following a brief break from 10:30 to 10:45, the agenda moves to a dissemination session from 10:45 to 11:30. During this period, updates on the project’s webpage, planned publications in journals and magazines, and an introduction to the project platform are presented, effectively enhancing the transparency and reach of the project. The discussions then transition into examining management elements from 11:30 to 13:00, offering a critical look at the strategies that will guide the project’s day-to-day operations. After a productive morning, participants enjoy lunch from 13:00 to 14:30. The afternoon is devoted to setting the stage for future collaborations: from 14:30 to 15:00, preliminary dates for the next meeting are established and presented, followed by a robust group discussion from 15:00 to 15:30. The day concludes at 16:00 with formal closing remarks, succinctly wrapping up the meeting while reaffirming the project’s shared vision and collaborative integrity.
Finally, on February 13, 2025, the meeting comes to a close with the departure of participants. The farewell reflects the understanding that travel plans may vary, with the journey from Braila to Bucharest taking approximately 2.5 hours, ensuring that each participant departs with enriching experiences and a renewed commitment to the project’s success.
