3rd December 2025 The transnational project meeting for "Let’s Haste no Waste – KA220 Erasmus+" opens at 09:45 with the reception of participants and confirmation of the day's agenda. At 10:00, attention turns to the Work Package Progress session, where each partner present their carried-out activities and deliverables produced so far. From 11:00, the focus shifts to identifying pending tasks and allocating responsibilities among teams, followed by a well-deserved coffee break at 11:45. Reassembling at 12:00, participants plan upcoming activities by setting deadlines and coordinating next steps between partners. After lunch at 13:00, the afternoon resumes at 14:30 with an update on communication materials and dissemination actions. At 15:45, a session on project reporting reviews requirements and preparation status, followed by an open-floor discussion at 16:15 for additional points raised by partners. The day officially concludes at 16:30 with agreements on future meeting dates, topics, and a summary of key decisions and responsibilities.

4th December 2025 The second day begins with a meeting point at the school at 09:00. Following this morning gathering, the remainder of the schedule transitions into free time, allowing participants to explore Lisboa, build deeper professional connections, and reflect on the outcomes of the meeting at their own pace.
