23rd – Monday , the program opens at 09:15 with a warm welcome meeting with the headmaster and staff, followed by participant team presentations and a guided tour of the school facilities. After a brief coffee break at 10:15, participants gather at 10:45 for interactive ice-breaking activities to foster teamwork and international connections. Following an offered lunch at the school canteen at 12:45, the afternoon transitions from 14:00 to 17:00 to hands-on creative workshops at Maison Graziana. Divided into two groups, participants explore wood engraving, serigraphy, and laser carving, transforming brought tote bags and t-shirts into personalized art pieces.

24th – Tuesday The second day is dedicated to a rich cultural excursion to Bordeaux, starting early at 07:30 at the train station to catch the 07:52 train. Upon arrival, participants visit the stunning Bassin des Lumières digital art exhibit at 10:00, followed by a visit to the outdoor photo exhibit at the Jardin Botanique at 12:00. At 13:30, participants enjoy lunch in the heart of Bordeaux, with teachers having an optional dining experience at Estacade. The afternoon offers free time to explore the city's iconic sightseeing spots with guided maps, before the group gathers to take the 17:57 train back to Libourne.

25th – Wednesday The mid-week schedule begins promptly at 08:00 with the official Certificate of Participation Ceremony led by Mr. Gaugez, recognizing the contributions of all participants. This is followed at 09:30 by a formal reception at the town hall. After an offered lunch at the canteen at 11:30, a bus departs from the school at 12:30 for an educational trip to the SMICVAL Waste Recycling Site in St. Denis de Pile, featuring two interactive sustainability workshops from 13:00 to 15:30. The day continues with a bus journey to the historic village of Saint-Émilion for a picturesque walking tour before returning to the residence and station.

26th – Thursday centers on nature and biodiversity, setting off by bus at 07:00 toward Le Teich. At 10:00, participants explore the renowned ornithological reserve in six transnational groups, observing local wildlife equipped with binoculars and outdoor gear. At 12:30, the group travels to Arcachon to enjoy a packed picnic lunch by 13:00, before heading to the famous Dune du Pilat at 14:00. From 14:30 onward, participants can challenge themselves with a climb up the dune or enjoy scenic walks along the beach path.

27th – Friday The final day kicks off at 08:00 with a creative workshop focused on environmental protection, where students collaborate to design comic strips and graphics. At 12:30, everyone gathers in the S. Paty Room for a celebratory Farewell Lunch offered to all participants, marking a memorable conclusion to the week. The afternoon opens up for free time, giving everyone space to reflect on shared experiences, explore, and say their final goodbyes.
