24th November, 2025 – Monday The program opens at 09:15 with a warm welcome session alongside the Headmistress and staff, followed by a tour of the school facilities. At 10:00, participants enjoy a vibrant musical performance before unwinding during a coffee break from 10:30 to 11:00. Connections are deepened through an interactive ice-breaking activity titled "Guess What I Mean" between 11:00 and 12:00. Following lunch in Lucera from 12:30 to 14:00, the group takes a short train ride to Foggia for an afternoon of discovery. The itinerary includes a visit to the Natural History Museum from 15:00 to 16:00 and an insightful lecture at the University of Foggia’s Department of Economics from 16:30 to 17:30, where Professor Luca Grilli speaks on "A.I. for a Smart Planet: Sustainable Innovation in Logistics." The day concludes with free time to explore Foggia.
25th November, 2025 – Tuesday The second day focuses on local environmental awareness, beginning with an early morning trekking excursion and guided visit to the Occhito Dam from 08:00 to 13:00 to study regional water issues. At 13:00, participants meet the Mayor at Volturino Town Hall before enjoying a local lunch at 13:30. The afternoon transitions to cultural exploration from 16:30 to 18:00 with a guided tour of Lucera’s historic castle and the historic Circolo Unione.
26th November, 2025 – Wednesday The day begins at 08:30 with the Certificate of Participation Ceremony, recognizing the contributions of all attendees. Shortly after, from 09:30 to 11:00, participants visit a wind and solar farm in Foggia for an on-site lesson on renewable energy. The focus on sustainability continues from 11:00 to 13:00 with an educational visit to an aluminum recycling factory. After returning to Lucera by coach, the group gathers from 15:00 to 17:00 for a practical workshop with "GAVI" volunteers, learning hands-on techniques for forest fire management and recycling principles.
27th November, 2025 – Thursday Thursday is devoted to an all-day cultural excursion from 07:00 to 20:00, taking participants through the iconic landscapes of Alberobello and Polignano, with a scheduled lunch break at a regional shopping center. The day culminates at 18:30 in a celebratory Farewell Party hosted at "La Balconata" in Lucera, providing a warm atmosphere to celebrate shared experiences.
28th November, 2025 – Friday The final day kicks off at 09:00 with specialized laboratory workshops covering graphic design, engineering, and chemistry aligned with the project's core topics. From 11:00 to 12:00, alongside a relaxing coffee break, students and teachers participate in a collaborative round-table session focused on practical tips for conserving water, gas, and energy through interactive brainstorming and problem-solving exercises. The week officially concludes with a free lunch, leaving participants with meaningful insights and memorable experiences.
