13 October 2025 The program officially kicks off at 09:30 with a warm welcome meeting, followed by participant introductions from 09:40 to 10:00. Between 10:00 and 12:30—punctuated by a refreshing coffee break from 10:30 to 10:45—each team presents their respective school, city, country, and education system, offering valuable insights into diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. Before pausing for midday, a session from 12:30 to 13:00 focuses on presenting and discussing planned activities in line with the project proposal. After lunch near the vicinity from 13:00 to 14:30, the afternoon concludes with a dynamic session from 14:30 to 16:00 at the creative center, fostering hands-on collaboration and teamwork.

14 October 2025 On the second day, the spotlight shifts to environmental dynamics. From 09:30 to 13:00, participants delve into an insightful session on climate change elements and their impact on ecosystems, highlighting the Danube Delta—Europe's youngest landmass—as a primary case study. Following lunch between 13:00 and 14:30, the afternoon continues from 14:30 to 16:00 with an engaging exploration of biodiversity in Europe’s oldest regions and the various ways human activity shapes these natural environments.

15 October 2025 The third day opens with an enriching excursion from 09:30 to 13:00 to the Galați Botanical Garden and the Natural Sciences Museum Complex. After a rejuvenating lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30, participants gather along the scenic Danube embankment from 14:30 to 16:00 for a reflective discussion, examining how the key learnings from the week's activities can be applied to real-world environmental challenges.

16 October 2025 Day four is dedicated to an immersive field experience, featuring an all-day site visit from 08:00 to 16:00 carefully aligned with the project’s core themes. This full-day study trip gives students and teachers a unique opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with direct, hands-on observations in the field.

17 October 2025 The final day begins at 09:30 with focused thematic activities running until 11:00. This is followed by a celebratory closing session from 11:00 to 13:00, where participants share their final impressions and receive their Certificates of Attendance, marking a memorable milestone of achievement and shared growth. After lunch from 13:00 to 14:00, the schedule opens up at 15:00 for a leisurely free afternoon, giving everyone time to explore the surroundings at their own pace, cherish their new friendships, and reflect on the rich experiences of the week.
